• How much does an online shop cost?

  A custom online shop with dynamic categories and filters, online payments and stock management costs around €3,000 excluding VAT. If you need an ERP connection or automatic product imports from your suppliers' XML feeds, it rises to €5,000–€7,000.

• Custom online shop or WooCommerce/Shopify?

  If you sell few products and want to be online in days, Shopify or WooCommerce is the right choice. If you have a large catalogue, filters you want to configure yourself, supplier XML feeds or an ERP, custom works out cheaper within two or three years and doesn't box you in.

• Native (Swift/Kotlin) or Flutter/React Native?

  For most businesses that want a serious mobile app, native development in Swift and Kotlin is now the better choice. The main advantage of Flutter and React Native was writing the code once instead of twice; with AI tooling the second platform costs far less than it used to, while native's advantages are unchanged.

  A simple app with no backend of its own costs €1,500–€4,000 excluding VAT. An app with user accounts, its own API and an admin area costs €5,000–€11,000. A platform with two sides of users, payments and real-time starts at €11,000. The prices cover one platform, iPhone or Android.
